Kenny Beats

Switch Genres ? No Problem

From EDM to Hip Hop, Kenny Beats made one of the smoothest transitions from another genre to another. Originally from Connecticut he left Loudpvck in 2017 after almost seven years of being a DJ, and found his exclusive sound very shortly for trap beats. He has production credits for artists like Schoolboy Q, Lucki, and Hoodrich Pablo Quan in which his producing evidently strengthens their performances on tracks. Even though he has a more subtle approach to his drums and synths it allows him to stand out in a time of hard hitting snares and hi hats that demolish your ear drums if the volume is to high. His minimal way of producing actually lets artists carry the song while still remaining a key factor to how great the song is. He's gradually taking in spotlight as a rap producer and in due time he may be among one of the top in the game. Check out his latest collab project with Key! 777 Vol. 1.
